The omelet according to this recipe turns out unusually gentle and magnificent. It is possible to add to it safely the cut greens, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and any other ingredients to your taste.
It will be required to us:
Eggs – 6 pieces,
Milk – 250 ml,
Salt – to taste,
Butter for greasing of a form.
Warm an oven up to the temperature of 200 degrees. Grease a form for roasting with butter.
Break eggs in a bowl, salt and slightly line with a nimbus or a fork. Strongly it isn't necessary to shake up, otherwise the omelet will highly rise in an oven, and then will fall down.
Pour in milk to eggs, mix.
Pour in a form for roasting and put in an oven, bake an omelet of 30 minutes.
